Subscriptions

Souvy+ is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. You can restore purchases in the app from You, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Account and Data

You can delete your Souvy account in the iOS app from You. For privacy or data questions, email support or review the Privacy Policy.

Taste Vault

If a music Source is not syncing, disconnect it in the app, reconnect it, and wait for import to complete. If it still fails, send support the service name and your Souvy account email.
